Everest Home (2.20) Memory Benchmark:

Everest Home is a free benchmarking tool that tests system memory in terms of both read and write performance. Our tests showed overclocking from 2.13GHz to 3.05GHz resulted in a 20%+ increase in both read and write performance. (higher is better).


Super Pi (1.1e):

Super Pi calculates the value of the number Pi (3.14159...) to a user-defined number of decimal places. Faster computers will calculate Pi in a shorter period of time. To verify the performance of our test system we recorded how long it took to generate the value of Pi to one million decimal places. As you can see in the chart below overclocking the test system results in a seven second reduction in calculation time which constitutes a 35%+ increase in speed. (lower is better).


PC Wizard 2007, Global Performance Benchmark:

The PC Wizard benchmarking suite allows users to test both CPU and memory performance. Memory is represented in the chart below with the red bars, while processor performance is represented in blue. Surprisingly the PC Wizard benchmark shows processor performance improves by nearly 648% when overclocking the system to 3.05GHz. (Believe that 648% increase if you will... despite being executed several times, that seems like a ridiculous increase in my opinion). Memory performance however increased by only 25%. (higher is better).
