External Examination:
The front of the case has a plastic silver panel, which might be considered a door, but it is not solid like the typical door. It has large openings which will help with airflow (which is usually reduced by a solid door).
Behind the "door", the front panel features five louvered 5.25" drive bay covers, and two louvered 3.5" drive bay covers. There are power and reset buttons, and a hard drive activity light which will glow blue when the system is powered on. There are also three tiny magnets (covered by a thin film of rubber) which will help keep the door shut when you are not needing access to your drive bays.
The side window only covers a portion of the entire panel. This is where personal opinion will be a factor, but I like a side window to show more of the expansion card area, instead of the drive bay area. Sunbeamtech has included a 120mm Blue LED fan on the side panel, as well as some additional vent holes below the side panel fan.
The back panel is fairly unexciting. You can install either a 80mm, 92mm, or a 120mm exhaust case fan, and a 120mm fan is included. The windowed side panel is held on by two small thumbscrews, while the other side panel is held in place with two screws.
Near the front of the case on the side opposite from the window are two USB 2.0 ports, a microphone jack, and a headphone jack. Not included is an Firewire port, but the case is stamped with the shape of one, as if it were an option.
