The Basics:
A typical review at Bigbruin.com would start out by taking a look at the product's packaging. We'll do that, but I am pretty sure that most people wouldn't receive their Hyper N520 like we received ours. The image below shows how the bare cooler came packed in a plain cardboard box, wedged into some roughly cut foam. The accessories were in a bag on top of the cooler, and some crumpled up paper was used to fill in the rest of the empty space.

The accessories included are all shown below. I received brackets for Intel LGA775 and AMD K8 processors, a tube of thermal paste, a variety of installation hardware, and a necessary nut driver that lets you tighten things up using a screwdriver. What you might notice being missing is any sort of documentation as well as mounting brackets for Intel LGA1366 processors. My experience with other Cooler Master coolers should help me overcome the documentation issue, but with a newly acquired Intel i7 920 based system, I was hoping to use the LGA1366 hardware advertised as being included.
I am not sure where this sample came from, but it obviously wasn't in the typical state that I might expect. In addition to the lack of packaging, documentation, and a complete set of hardware, I also found the included thermal paste to be too thick and sticky to be of any use.
