For those who like to rotate avs... I think (unless its an Admin feature only) you can edit your previous posts, upload a new version of the previous avatar (just rename your new file the same as the old) and submit... Then you don't even have to edit your profile...

Done. but, for others... Right click the image, click Properties, and copy the URL of the image. Then go to your profile, scroll down to the avatar section, and paste the URL into the box about off-site avatars. Click Submit.
