geting new ones soon

crap one get new one with headsets

It comes down to budget. You have a 64-bit OS, so 4GB might be nice over 2GB... And while PC2-6400 (800MHz) is rock bottom in prices, PC2-8500 (1066MHz) would give a bit of a boost.

How much do you want to spend?

You can get 2x 2GB of fairly low latency 1066MHz stuff from a few brands. These Patriot modules look good to me... just over $100
