I did a complete scan of my system with about 6 different tools and nothing came up; I didn't see it today so it's possibly what you suggested as an improperly served ad. We'll keep an eye out....

I looked and it is a Naval image hosting place... I assumed it may have been from the sequential number image game, and I was right... Hmm, who hotlinked them...
