Dish Network or DirectTV?

I'm considering changing from Cable TV to Satellite.

Between Dish Network and DirectTV what do you all have?

I'm leaning towards Dish Network because they have more HD channels than DirectTV has. Anybody know how good those HD movie channels are on Dish Network?

Heck, I'm considering changing from Cable Modem to DSL at the same time too LOL

Contact your local telephone company.. if DSL is available, sometimes they offer package deals on POTS, dish service and DSL combined.

We do it here at Windstream (formerly Alltel).

Qwest does a deal too. Also joint venture with Frontier Airlines, so you get miles with it.

But we have Dish... Ehhh... what ever, not better, not worse than when I had digital cable.

are you a sports fan? If so, I'd check each systems offerings b4 makeing a decision.

I'm probably gonna go with DirectTV, unless anybody can think of a reason not to.

Only thing I'd go with Dish is because they have more HD channels, but not sure I'd watch those very often Sad

I've had both and they each have their good things. Unless you want Sunday Ticket, I'd go with whoever has the best deal.
