This brings Kinc, and Shamino of course, back to the top of the 3DMark 06 Hall of Fame, along with the Radeon HD 2900 XT. The new GPU-pots (rev4) with a thicker base really does wonders for the Radeon HD 2900 XT, and there might even be more coming. The new world record is 27,039 points and it might even get a tweak or two before the Games Convention is over.

...Why can't I own Canadians?

I haven't run any kind of 3DMark in a while but I'm pretty confident I wouldn't even manage to get half that.

That's a System Smile

The record-breaking system consisted of a very cool (when cooled with liquid nitrogen) QX6850 that reached 5119MHz, an ASUS Blitz Extreme motherboard, Mushkin DDR3 1333MHz memory and a Crossfire setup made out of two Asus Radeon HD 2900 XTs clocked to 1175 MHz (core) and 950 MHz (memory). 'Proof pic', just below.
