You know it would be great to enroll and for 3 months searching linux on Google, writing stuff in Word about how Vista sucks, etc. I wonder if you get to keep the software after 3 months, or if its just to use over the 3 months.
Microsoft is offering the following free software for completing 10 Mins survey and then letting Microsoft monitor your PC usage for 3 months.
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate (32-bit and 64-bit DVD)
Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007
Microsoft Money Plus Premium
Microsoft Student with Encarta Premium 2008

Might be worth putting on the kids system
OO And night... it's that "no usage for 15 min" part that almost made me spit coffee on my monitor. _________________ I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. - Oath of office of the President of the United States

I think they can bait me (maybe that's "BITE ME!)
I'll put it on my son's system (hopefully less pron, and longer breaks then knight0334 )
worth it for a trip to the "Microsoft store" (they know me by name by now, many usability test/beta test/contractor benifits )

by the time I got back to the site to sign up, (after checking that it was legit, the free software offer didn't show, so I didn't sign up.
Probably large numbers will drop out (typical for beta/QC/usability tests) so it maybe reoffered later.
I doubt they'll send software out BEFORE the 3 months are up (but MS has let people get freebies before with nothing in return)
