Inexpensive displays are sometimes pretty good and other times not............. 
By looking at the specs, I'd venture to say that it more than likely uses a TN panel, but those are good for gamers while keeping the price down. Anyone into video or graphics will more than likely want to look for something that uses at least a xVA (PVA, MVA, S-PVA) panel type.

There's been a lot of positive input about Westinghouse LCD displays in general on a few forums lately.........
I would mind having a 26" display at all..............
