Here is the Stag in present condition. I changed out the handguard to a railed YHM Diamond Free Float. The trigger guard to an enlarged Magpul. The grip to a Ergo rubber type. The charging handle latch to a larger tactical unit. I then added a folding forward vertical grip and a green laser for low-light conditions.
I also stocked up some magazines. I have 7 mil-spec units and (2) synthetic like the one in the picture.

As it stands with goodies:
$889 gun
$120 railed handguard
$15 trigger guard
$15 charging handle latch
$25 Ergo grip
$20 forward grip
$115 green laser
$70 for spare mags
$200 of .223/5.56 ammo
The gun could have been had for much cheaper though. You can get an AR15/M4 for close to $650 if you shop around, maybe even less. Prices go up from there depending on options, features, name brand, etc. _________________ Robert R. Preston, aka~"knight0334", for Governor of Pennsylvania. |

Cool... Yea, I'm looking probably at Rock River when I get one. They aren't the cheapest, but have a great rep. _________________
