|
|
I have an EEE PC (701) now... Sadly one without an extra PCI-E slot inside for expanded SSD storage. So, I want to use an SDHC card to boost the big 4GB onboard... Anyone know if there is a limit? Might grab a 32GB card, unless I can find that they aren't recognized.
Thanks. _________________

I've got the same eeepc but I've never tried anything larger than an 8gb sdhc card. The 8gb worked fine though and I would think that since everything over 4gb is supposed to be sdhc that a 32gb would work ok as well. That's just a guess though. _________________

Thanks. Didn't do anything yet, but may scale back to 16GB. I saw a USB flash drive that was 32GB for $40ish, and thought it was an SDHC drive at first. Then I discovered SDHC drives that large are well over $100!
But, 16GB SDHC drives are under $30... Go figure!
I may even be really lame and get a white one to match! _________________
