More Freeware Games:

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

Fun and Free, and still quite a lot of people out there that play it. It's an older game, so the graphics are getting to be a bit outdated. If you liked the original Day of Defeat, this game is somewhat similar to that.

For those who have ever played the Command & Conquer series in the days of Westwood, you've probably heard of the first person shooter, Command & Conquer Renegade. Released prematurely, it wasn't received too well and it never reached its full potential when EA shut down Westwood.

Today, there are thousands who still play the game and thus there are bound to be a few mods for it. Bluehell Productions, the group behind the Red Alert-to-Renegade game, Red Alert: A Path Beyond and the up-and-coming Red Alert 2 game, Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising, take the best of what Renegade showed us, and return us to the Red Alert Universe in the aspect of a soldier.

There is also Command & Conquer: Reborn, the game based on Tiberian Sun. Both A Path Beyond and Reborn are comepletely standalone and do not require Renegade to play. Have fun!

I was just about to post that as well. Pretty cool that Rockstar would release some old games for free. Grin
