You are getting what you pay for, based on the spec's I wouldn't expect a whole lot from it. No optical zoom, and with it's 1/4" VGA CMOS sensor you are going to get video about the same as a decent quality webcam.
If you're viewing the video only on a SDTV or PC it's probably reasonably good, however if you plan on watching it on a HDTV you're going to likely hate the video quality.
Seems decent over all though, and is likely worth the money.
