If these new displays are as good as their current 24" displays, they should sell well, I know several folks running Westinghouse displays and they couldn't be happier with them. By looking at the specs, I'd venture to say that it more than likely uses a TN panel, but those are good for gamers while keeping the price down. That looks like a nice monitor.
My only concern is Westinghouse LCD TV have a pretty high factory defect rate or at least the did last year (I realize this is a different product, probably out of a different production line)
