My 2500+ Barton is at 52C at idle. Doesn't that seem a bit high? Bang Head

Yea, seems a bit high. Check the basics... Voltage, HSF, Thermal Paste, air flow.

what mb. Some mb sensors are notorious for false readings. Whats ambient temp. Is the case inside a cabinet like at a computer desk. That can limit air flow and cause high temps.

and as stated earlier check basics.
