subSilver theme

I know a few people actually use it, so I tweaked it a bit to make it work better for you (and me). I don't use it myself, so please point out any problems you may now see...

Changes:

1. Added Bigbruin banner to top (instead of default phpbb banner).
2. Rearranged top buttons to fit on one line
3. Added button to "Home" (the site's homepage)
4. Added a banner ad (can't let you guys get away without ads...)
5. Added tracking script (so I can see just how many people are on that theme)
6. Other little formatting things to make it look better (in my opinion).

Trying it out now, seems a little easier on the eyes.

I'm also trying it out. The avatars dont look as sharp with the lighter background.
