It's give away time! Up for grabs is one Ultra Products ChillTec Thermo Electric CPU Cooler, as featured in this Bigbruin.com review.
One winner will receive a brand new, unopened Ultra Products ChillTec CPU Cooler Give Away with the cooler, bay device, and all other accessories.
As the review shows, this is no ordinary CPU cooler... The Peltier heat pump can provide extreme cooling for all modern processors, including: Intel Socket 775 and AMD Socket AM2 / 754 / 939 / 940. PriceGrabber also confirms that this is no ordinary CPU cooler, as it carries a price tag of about $130 (US).
Some skill (or at least effort) will be required to win. This is a Photo Chop contest. There are two images attached to the contest's discussion thread (click images of Dubya for full sized view), and one must be used in some way in a new creation of your own. No theme, no real guidelines... Just be creative, keep it PG-13 or milder, and leave any politics out of the thread!
The Rules:
ยป In order to win, you must first be a forum member of the Big Bruin forum.
ยป Submissions must include one of the two images attached to the contest discussion thread (#1 - #2) in a in a new Photo Chop creation of your own.
ยป Submissions must be attached to a post in this thread, or linked from this thread to files hosted elsewhere (otherwise there is no minimum post count).
ยป Enter as many times as you would like.
ยป Keep entries PG-13 or milder, and leave any politics out of the thread!
ยป The give away will end on May 24, 2007, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
ยป The winner will be announced on May 25, 2007.

ยป This contest is open to residents of the USA, Canada, and Mexico; shipping is included.
